Nunatak Entertainment Presents: The Soundraze TOP 20

Nunatak Entertainment, in association with Soundraze eMagazine, will be hosting a competition to be included in the TOP 20 Compilation CD Series that will be distributed at major music events, sold on iTunes, presented to radio stations, music publications, and industry professionals. The competition is accepting entries from artists all around the world. The compilation is scheduled to release on July 1, 2008. There are 8 slots reserved for Sonicbids members on the compilation.

While Volume 1 of the compilation will focus on rock, alternative, pop, singer/songwriter, punk, and country genres, all other genres are encouraged to submit material to be considered for the next volume of the compilation. There is no limit to the number of songs submitting artists can submit.

Artists will be compensated with a percentage of royalties from online sales, and will be given CDs to distribute at their shows, either for free or for sale at the discretion of the artist. Additional CDs will need to be purchased from the distributor. Selected artists will also receive an HTML banner for their website or MySpace page that will feature them as a TOP 20 artist. In addition to the publicity that the compilation offers, the many industry professionals that visit the Nunatak site will see the TOP 20 artists for each volume, and there will be a link to each artist’s Electronic Press Kit.
