Summary
The people who brought you "A Night in the Woods" are set to bring you "The Speakeasy" for 4 Saturdays in early March 2012. The events will be held in Griffith Park and will feature 3 bands a night in a variety of genres including pop, punk, rock, or alternative. They are seeking local and regional bands, but touring bands will be considered as well. Bands must have a draw of at least 25 to be considered. They are seeking local and regional bands, but touring bands will be considered as well. Bands must have a draw of at least 25 to be considered.
Selected bands receive:
- 25% or $5 of per head that they bring
- 35 minutes sets
- PA and lights provided, bands bring their own equipment
- Bands can sell merchandise
