The Waypost was founded in April of 2006 and is the oldest bar on North Williams Avenue. Designed to create a local hangout with a focus on live music, drinks, food and building the local creative community. We're a quaint combination coffeehouse/bar/performance venue serves tacos & features live music nightly. This is a great opportunity for local acts to play a laid back and intimate space. This is an ongoing opportunity to apply, and we'll find the best date for your band.
The Band
This is an opportunity for Oregon based artists.
We're looking for bands of all genres that play ALL original music, as well as some covers. We always welcome singer-songwriters and acoustic acts.
Bands must be actively playing shows
Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
Bands are able to sell merch on-site
All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
Acts must have a solid online presence
