Summary

TIMBERMAN TRIATHLON FESTIVAL is a 3-day triathlon festival featuring more than 2200 athletes and 5000 spectators. The event will take place at Gunstock Recreation Area in Gilford, New Hampshire beginning with a party at TimberFEST, Expo and Carbo Load Gala on Friday August 19 from 5-8 pm and Saturday August 20, from 1-8 pm. Timberman is looking for 7-10 bands to play on these two days, with all slots reserved for Sonicbids artists.



Artists may sell merchandise and their music may be used on the race video. Genres accepted include folk, rock, acoustic, blues and pop. Selected artists will be compensated for their performances.



The event has a great media presence, with national magazines, live TV, taped television and newspaper coverage. Event sponsors include Aegis Bicycles, Audi, Laconia Athletic and Swim Club, Fuel Belt, Metrocast Cablevision, Rutter Media, Carb-BOOM, Hammer Nutrition, Eastern Mountain Sports, Xterra Wetsuits, New Balance Shoes, Clif Bar and Zoot Clothing.
