[TIME*] (The Indie Music Event) 2009

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to [TIME*], the first ever independent music fair to be staged in Paris. One artist from North America will receive at least 3 tour dates in France, Germany, UK or Italy, $500 and more. 3 other artists will receive at least 2 tour dates, $200 and more./n/n[TIME*] (The Indie Music Event), the first ever independent music fair to be staged in the heart of Paris, will take place at the Espace Kiron on November 20th and 21st, 2009 where more than 200 international companies and hundreds of musicians from around the world will meet.


Not only will the major players in the independent music field be there but also many bands/musicians and solo artists who will showcase in the heart of the trade show (Le Salon), and for the first time ever, artists will be the main focus. [TIME*] Showcase submissions on Sonicbids are open to ALL artists from all over the world and 4 slots (out of 24 ONLY) are reserved for Sonicbids artists.



One selected artist from North America will receive at least 3 tour dates associated with their selection in the same period in 300+ capacity clubs in France, Germany, UK or Italy. The artist will be paid $500 (half paid upon proof of travel, half paid after the performance) and get the hotel paid for the nights of show.



Three selected artists will receive at least 2 tour dates opportunity – in Europe if they are North American acts; or in North America if they are European acts. The artist will be paid $200 (half paid upon proof of travel, half paid after the performance) and get the hotel paid for the nights of show.



Through the trade show, both exhibitors and visitors will have a chance to meet, network and develop their contact list with numerous labels, publishers, talent buyers, managers, promoters, producers and creators of fine music. The 3000 visitors will also have a chance to attend the conferences, meetings, debates and lectures done by the major players in the field, on the current state of the indie music business.

Please note: Selected artists will be responsible for all associated costs, travel and visas (where required) and must have a valid passport. There will be about one month from the notification date to the start of the festival for selected artists to make travel arrangements (where relevant).
