Tomahawks Smokehouse and Saloon

Red Point Ventures, LLC owns and operates Tomahawks Smokehouse and Saloon. It is located on the banks of the Kanawha River, and features a dock, 3000 ft2 deck, Tiki bar, inside dinning for 80, a bike themed bar and a concert room capable of holding 300 at tables or 700 SRO.



Compensation is negotiable, and will be paid at the end of the night. Thursday night is Bluegrass, Friday and Saturday are rock or rock-country, Wednesday is rock oldies, and Sunday features acoustic music on the deck.



They have a full service menu and chef with Casino experience from Vegas. The audience in 30+ mostly professional and college educated who are drawn by the bike/boat/NASCAR theme and the unique location. Typically they charge $5 cover and draw about 150-200 people on Sat for regional acts. In the past they've drawn over 600 for acts getting radio airplay.



Please note: Sound equipment belonging to the venue can be operated by a band member if they are willing to meet with and follow the instruction of the house sound engineer- else the house sound engineer will run the board. Stage monitors are provided. Band amps should be used only to provide feed into the house system. One comp ticket will be provided for each band member. additional tickets will be deducted from payment.
