Summary

Ellington Entertainment is an independent music company based out of Detroit, Michigan. They are proud to present the Top Talent Thursday’s Open-Mic Night, hosted at Hoots on the Ave near the old Tiger Stadium. With a capacity of nearly 250, this is a great venue to host all types of live music. The Open-Mic Night is run as a competition of sorts, allowing the fans and judges to award the top performer of the evening with a $100 prize and a return performance. The Open-Mic is open to all genres; however the promoter respectfully requests only clean material. They venue has a small PA that is available, however if performers would like to bring their own sound equipment, that can be arranged as well. This is a great gig for any performer looking to turn some heads in the Detroit area.
