17th Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to the Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival. The festival screens over 200 films and showcases 12-15 music artists. One slot is reserved for a Sonicbids artist.

Selected artists will get a performance spot, their song included in the Festival’s 17th Anniversary Compilation CD, and exposure to film and music industry professionals. The top 3 artists receive cash, distribution, instrumentals, licensing opportunities, and more.

Past honorees include Ray Charles, Smokey Robinson, David Foster, Kenny Loggins, Etta James, Earth, Wind & Fire, Karl Malden, Carl Reiner, Dionne Warwick, and many more./n/nThe 17th Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival will be held on September 14-18, 2011 in Temecula, CA. This significant world class music showcase component of the festival is designed to showcase original music vision and artistic wizardry of talented individuals and groups from across America and the world. It is looking for musicians to perform live at the festival, and is reserving 1 slot for Sonicbids artists.



Who can participate?


Emerging, up and coming unsigned performing artists and bands of all genres. Performers may be a solo, duo, trio, quartet or an ensemble. Soon after the deadline date for submission TVIFF judges will select the Festival’s Top Music Artists. These Top Music Artists will then be showcased at the TVIFF MUSICFEST. Artists must submit only original music.



Here's what selected artists will get:

• A performance spot at the TVIFF MusicFest on September 16-17, 2011.


• A song included in the Festival’s 17th Anniversary Compilation CD
  
• Exposure to film and music industry professionals who have the ability, connections and influence to help jump start careers. Also, opportunities for licensing, inclusion in music libraries, performing at the acclaimed TVIFF awards gala and other unique perks.

Who's there?  


All artists are invited to attend the TVIFF awards gala on the last day of the festival. Artists voted "Best of Fest" perform at this gala.  All filmmakers, directors, producers, press and award recipients are present.  Past honorees include Ray Charles, Smokey Robinson, David Foster, Kenny Loggins, Etta James, Earth, Wind & Fire, Billy Preston, Dionne Warwick, Rita Coolidge, Karl Malden, Carl Reiner, Jonathan Lynn, Gena Rowlands, Lucas Foster, Rick Schroder, Shirley Jones, John Badham, Diane Ladd, Marsha Mason, Louis Gossett Jr., Michael Madsen, Dennis Haysbert, William Shatner, John Spencer, and composers Lalo Schifrin, John Debney, Trevor Rabin, John Ottman, Christopher Young and Steve Dorff.
