Summary

The University of New England is a private four year institution in Biddeford, Maine. Their Spring Concert will be held on April 19, 2008 from noon-4pm, and they are seeking musical entertainment. The concert has a main music stage with a BBQ, prizes, and other games and novelties. This is the 2nd year APB has hosted this event, and it is co-sponsored with their Earth Friendly club and has a Earth Day undertone. This is event is only open to the UNE community.



They’re primarily looking for local and regional artists, or performers already touring through the area, and generally book 4 artists. Travel and lodging can be provided for touring acts and compensation details are negotiable. College friendly genres will be considered, including alternative, rock, funk, jam band, pop, punk, reggae, and urban/R&B.



The venue for the concert will be outdoors unless weather is poor. Decision to move location will be made on the Wednesday before the event. Max capacity for either venue is 800.
