Summary

United Against Poverty is a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) who acts as the interface between poverty stricken children and their donators. In cooperation with the record labels Divolprod (France) and Lezarder (France, Canada), they are releasing a compilation CD to raise awareness for child poverty. They will be selecting the best emerging artists worldwide to be featured on the CD. United Against Poverty will select at least 1 Sonicbids artist.



Submissions are open to all genres of music. The CD will be promoted throughout Europe, Africa, China, India, and Russia. 10,000 units will be pressed and distributed.



"Lend your voice to make a difference" is the motto of United Against Poverty. They believe young people who are motivated will use their energies and resources to spread the word around. Each person's voice can be a powerful and useful weapon against child poverty. They will be able to challenge their peer group and others by speaking to them about child poverty and help them to join in the fight against it.
