NBC's Universal Sports Television Network

World Championship Sports is looking to grow its library of pre-cleared music for use on its television network Universal Sports Television Network is an American television network which reaches over 50,000,000 homes, airing coverage of various sports, mainly those contested in the Olympics, including Track and Field, Swimming, Gymnastics, Cycling, Diving, Figure Skating, Skiing, Ice Hockey, and Volleyball, among others.

The network, a combined operation of NBC Universal and InterMedia Partners, is currently expanding its library of tracks to use in a wide array of well-designed production cues. Since the sports covered are so diverse, submissions in all genres of music will be accepted - rock, pop, dance, urban, hip-hop, funk, country, blues, jazz, international, action, drama, romance, suspense and more.

If your song is selected by Universal Sports, it will be placed into World Championship Sports' library for all applicable TV/film placements. Appropriate royalties will be paid through your Performing Rights Organization (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC).

Songs with vocals should have a vocal hook. Of course, the lyrics must be tv-friendly. It's a bonus if you have an instrumental version of the song available too.
