Unsigned Only Contest 2017

Unsigned Only is taking additional submissions for their Home Run promotion until June 9th. Check out the rules and additional prizes you can win here.

This year's Grand Prize Winner will win $20,000 in cash (plus additional prizes) and one-on-one mentoring by an elite group of record company executives that includes Presidents of major labels and heads of A&R. Unsigned Only is a unique international music competition designed for artists who are not signed to a major label record company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or imprints. First Place and Second Place winners will also be selected in each category. Over 20 total winners will be selected.

The goal of Unsigned Only is to find an outstanding, talented performer - a band or solo artist, a newcomer or veteran, raw or polished... the gem that needs to be discovered. Unsigned Only is looking for the total package.

Categories Include:
AAA (Adult Album Alternative, AC (Adult Contemporary), Americana, Christian, Country, EDM (Electronic Dance Music), Folk/Singer-Songwriter, R&B/Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop/Top 40, Teen, Vocal Performance, Screen Shot (original songs in all genres suited for placement in Film/TV/Advertising/Gaming)

Official Judges/Mentors Include:
Aimee Mann, The Killers, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Aaron Shust, David Crowder, and more to be announced soon

• Open only to artists who are not signed to a major label record company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or imprints
• Winners will be selected based on individual songs
  
• Since Unsigned Only is a music competition (not a songwriting competition), it is advisable to submit as many songs as is necessary for the judges to have a good representation of the artist

Additional Compensation Details:

• Grand Prize Winner will receive $20,000 and mentoring with elite record company executives and more
• First and Second place winners will receive prizes as well
