Urban Angel Music - Start Me Up Album

Urban Angel is Ireland's freshest and most aspiring Indie label and publisher. Urban Angel is proud to present the Start Me Up Album to kick off a new year. This compilation is one of the many doorways that lead to the world known as Urban Angel.



The Start Me Up Album is a compilation that will feature the best in singer/songwriter and indie rock. The final 15 artists will also be offered a single song publishing deal from Urban Angel Music. Every artist selected for the compilation will get 5 free copies. These artists may also be contacted for label consideration for either Urban Angel or its affiliates. Once in the catalogue, the artist’s song will be sent out for licensing in TV and film just to name a couple.



Distribution of the compilation will start in July of 2007 to iTunes, Napster, Virgin and other major retail and online outlets. 20% of the revenue paid goes back to the artists, which effectively translates to about 1.33% per song. There are no additional fees to be on the compilation after selection.
