Vancouver Alternative Fashion Week[End] is Vancouver's most inspired and beloved multi-day culture festival, providing an environment of inclusivity and appreciation to musicians, artists and designers of all genres and offering a unique space in which to promote their work to media and the public. The event has been hailed as revolutionary to the Vancouver scene in it's open-view of beauty, one-of-a-kind art and fashion works, and eclectic musical performances.
VALT's mandate is to provide a unique, professional and stylish runway, stage and gallery event for emerging and fringe musicians. artists & designers - their funding goes directly to providing the best possible event for their participants. VALT is run by SEAMS (Style, Entertainment, Art & Media Society), a non-profit organization focused on promoting arts & culture in Vancouver. They provide photography, videography, and promotion to every musical act involved.
