Started in 1955, The Village Voice is the definitive source of information for news, music, movies, restaurants, reviews, and events in New York.

Sonicbids will feature at least 4 member artists from anywhere in the world in a half-page ad in the Village Voice. If you're based in or have an album release or gig to promote in NYC, this is a chance to reach a huge audience of over 210,000 and build your fan base. The ad will most likely run in a September issue.

If selected, your band name, band picture and one-line descriptor will be included in the ad along with a URL driving readers to a “sample new music” page on Sonicbids where your music will be available for listening/download. That’s more than 210,000 readers and music fans seeing your band’s name, face and potentially checking out your music.

Started in 1955, The Village Voice is the recipient of three Pulitzer prizes, the National Press Foundation Award and the George Polk Award. It’s the nation’s first and largest alternative newsweekly, and it features include comprehensive coverage of music, arts, culture, dance, film and theater reviews, as well as entertainment listings.
