Summary

Founded as a fanzine in 1991, Visions Magazine is Germany’s leading alternative music magazine. Month by month they cover indie rock, punk rock, noise rock, progressive rock, hardcore, post-core, post punk, metal as well as alternative, hip hop, electronica and avant-garde.


Despite its broad music coverage, Visions Magazine has always been the “main alternative to mainstream pop music” publication. 60 percent of all featured bands are from the US and Canada, the remaining are European, mainly British and German. Recent bands to be featured on the cover include The Mars Volta, Smashing Pumpkins, Thrice, Trail Of Dead, Billy Talent, Tool, The Weakerthans and Queens of the Stones Age.


Visions Magazine is now accepting submissions from Sonicbids artists for general review and feature consideration. Each issue contains in-depth interviews, articles/on-site reports, around 200 record reviews, live reviews and a CD or DVD. This is a top tier international publication, and a great chance to drastically increase your worldwide exposure!
