Summary
Waking Life Studios is a relatively new recording studio with a lifetime of experience behind it. The owner/engineer has been recording for many years and has a college diploma in music business and engineering. Hes also been in many bands, knows many musicians and promoters, has done sound for many concerts and knows the struggles of the everyday musician. At least one Sonicbids artist will be selected for studio time.
Selected artists will receive 10+ hours of free recording with Waking Life Studios, plus free mixing. They will also earn a chance to have their song played on a local FM radio station and a live on air interview.
Waking Life's outlook is that not only should you be looking for a studio that will give you a good sound; it should have a good atmosphere. A studio should also have a good engineer you can get along with and who understands, and will help you achieve your vision.
