PLAY: Ward 6 Social Club (Lawrence, MA) - Fall

Called the "best-kept secret" in Lawrence, the Ward 6 Social Club resides in a two-family home that became a secret clubhouse during Prohibition. Ward 6 Social Club is filling its live music calendar for the fall and is now taking applications from Sonicbids bands to rock the house!

Located close to a major ski resort, this is the perfect opportunity to catch new fans on their way home from the slopes.

Complete with seating, pool tables, and games Ward 6 offers visitors a casual, all-around relaxed vibe. The club's greatest surprise is its back room, designed like an Egyptian tent. They're currently looking for emerging bands with a great sound and following to come play at their venue this fall season.

• We love Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Soul, and Pop. We except other genres as long as it's good and makes people dance.
• We have more dates available than those listed. If you're interested in playing our venue, apply and we'll send you availabilities that we think fit your band!
• Bands get food and drinks

• Bands must be actively playing shows 

• Bands are able to sell merch on-site

• Acts must have a solid online presence 

• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase

• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

• Capacity 90
• Perform 20-30 minute sets
• Hip Hop events will feature artists performing 10-20 minute sets
• Sound equipment (mics, PAs, monitors) provided
• Ward 6 Social Club is a smoke friendly club
• Artists need to provide basic backline

Additional Compensation Details

• $10 cover, bands split 80% of door proceeds
• Bands keep 100% of their merch sales 
• Artist compensation based on tickets sold at the door.
