Waterloo Ice House

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to Waterloo Ice House, a legendary live music venue. Started as a neighborhood spot in 1976, they now have eight locations around the Austin area. They are mainly seeking acts playing acoustic, folk, country, bluegrass, rockabilly, singer/songwriter, and Southern rock to perform at their 8th St. and South Park locations. Waterloo Ice House has always supported the local Austin music scene, giving many talented artists the venue they need to share their music with a live audience. Over the last 30 years, dozens of now-famous acts (such as LYle Lovett and Uncle Walt's Band) have gotten their start at Waterloo Ice House. They feature 1-3 bands per night 7 nights a week from 7 until 10pm.

House sound system is available. Artists must coordinate sound engineer with venue and must provide their own instruments/amps.
