The festival is looking to book at least 1 Sonicbids artist/band to perform live. Selected bands will be provided with accommodation, backline and catering. About the Waves Festival:
Inspired by other young and dynamic cities like Barcelona, London and Berlin, the Waves Festival looks to bridge the thriving Vienna scene with the international music industry. Themed specific exhibitions about music and art are going to be presented in co-operation with local art institutions in normal gallery settings and also innovative unusual spaces.
The program ranges from lectures and panels up to workshops. Specifically the program of lectures and panels are concerned with the topic East Meets West and is the basis and inspiration for a pan
European co-operation.
The conference program contains panels, discussion meetings and workshops grounded in current topics from creation to manufacture covering all parts of the music industry and offers delegates a chance to really connect and find solutions for exiting and developing issues and open up the new
territory of the east.
