Summary

Wesleyan Activities Council (WAC) is the programming board of Virginia Wesleyan College, a small private school in Norfolk, VA. WAC is currently looking for acts to perform on campus during the Fall 2008 semester. They welcome a variety of genres with an emphasis on hip hop, rock, indie, alternative and pop.

WAC generally holds one concert a month, and hosts both indoor and outdoor shows. In addition to the Lake Taylor Music Festival held in September, they also present music in the campus lounge and occasionally a headliner outdoors. Both electric and acoustic acts are welcome. Local and touring acts who will be passing through the area are encouraged to submit.

Artists will be compensated for their performance with a negotiable flat fee potentially inclusive of travel and lodging. It is preferable if artists can provide sound and lighting.
