Working Artist Agency

The Working Artist Agency is an emerging company based in Santa Monica, CA. They deal primarily with "left of center artists" in the genres of indie, experimental, post rock, shoegaze, progressive, rock, psychadelic, and alternative. They service national and regional booking, do press releases for tours and album releases, and also have a full time publicist who works with bands from all genres. Artists who are looking to build a solid fan base through regular touring are encouraged to submit.


The Working Artist Agency has worked with the following bands: The Politics (Austin), Attack of the Giant Squid (Pheonix), Mostly Bears (Tucson), Sputnik Monroe (Los Angeles), Thinking Aloud (Long Beach), the Rivals (San Jose), and A Scribe Amidst the Lions (San Diego).
