WorldShakerz Music Compilation CD

WorldShakerz Inc. is a music corporation based out of Michigan that focuses on the success of indie artists. This Fall & Winter they are preparing to release digital compilation albums in 4 different volumes. They are looking for indie artist who would like to be apart of these. Their goal is to showcase original music from the best emerging artists on Sonicbids. The CD will be distributed online to music lovers and fans during the 2011/2012 fall/winter season. The type of genres they are accepting for this project are: Hip Hop, R&B, Neo-Soul and Pop./n/n WorldShakerz Inc. is a music corporation based out of Michigan that focuses on the success of indie artists. Selected artists receive:

• If an entire album is sold each artist for their single will receive 3% royalty, which is equal to approximately $0.30.


• When individual singles of an artist song is sold the compensation will be 70%, which is equal to approximately $0.70.


• Musicians selected to participate on the Digital Album may also be asked to perform at an annual showcase that WorldShakerz Inc. host in January 2012 in the Detroit, MI area.


• All submissions will receive a review even if not selected for the compilation.


• There are 10-12 slots on the disc reserved for Sonicbids artists!


• The song submitted should be a completed pieced with a radio ready mix, we will get the entire project mastered before release at no charge to you the artist. The producer to master the project will be from JV Productions out of Michigan

WorldShakerz Distribution and TuneCore are the distributors. The marketing plan entails Blast on Social Network, email blast to over 10,000 of their fan base and network on music site. They have released two projects in 2005 and 2008, which both sold over 5,000 physical units and over 10,000 digital downloads.

*Also if selected artist will need to signed an agreement/contract for this project granting the release of use for the song submitted as well as agreeing to the compensation model presented above.. Finally, if selected the Artist need to submit a 300 dpi photograph, mini bio & contact info including social media (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace etc.). Also royalty payment information will be needed to mail checks {Name, address, city, state etc.}. There is a participation fee of $10 dollars for selected artists, on top of the submission fee, but it will be waived for at least 2 Sonicbids artist.
