Summary
Promoter requires selected artists to pre-sell tickets. They have 2 packages: Tickets are $5 each; the first package is for smaller room in Music Mill- artists have to sell 30 tickets. The Yao Yao Music Festival is a new event being held in Indianapolis, In on Saturday August 15th, 2009 at The Music Mill concert venue (3720 East 82nd St., Indianapolis, IN).
They accept submissions from all genres and are currently in negotiations with sponsors. There will be 2 stages, booking a total of 24 bands for the event; emerging artists are included in both stages.
All selected artists will be featured in internet, print and radio advertising of the event in Indianapolis. Certain artists will be on a CD sampler of bands from the event and a promotional dvd of live performances. Artists will also receive goodie bags of coupons and gift cards from our sponsors. This will be a heavily promoted event in Indianapolis this Summer (2009). Submit now for a chance to be in the first lineup!
