You Gotta Know Featured Artists

You Gotta Know is one of Musiqtone's rising features, promoting and bringing out some of the music industry's hidden gems and best-kept secrets. You Gotta Know allows Musiqtone to tap into the underground music market, plucking out talent from places you've never heard of, or places you don't associate with finding talent. In the end, You Gotta Know is a place where the struggling, aspiring, and/or emerging talent can showcase themselves to a much broader audience.



Now, we've opened the opportunity for YOU to come to us to be featured in one of the two spots that become open each and every month on our web site. So here's YOUR chance to shine in front of us!



There is a new detailed selection process. We will begin our selection process no earlier than the end of the second week of the month and no later than the end of the third week of the month. We will pick the top ten out of the pack and then go down to final eight, where you will be placed in a special folder. Then we pick the final six, then the final three. We will notify the winner(s) before the end of the month.



If we reject you outright while picking our top ten, you cannot resubmit your EPKfor six months. We will give you reason why you may not be a good fit for You Gotta Know. Most EPKS submitted will end up on standby in the general dropbox area and we will say that we will put you in the ring again the following month. THIS DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES IN MAKING THE TOP TEN.



We will still accept submissions during that period but you will be considered for other months.
