FORNIS is: HISTORY. History of place and time- a small foothills town in California (and a term that to most people, seems to possess a definition that’s sexual in nature), mixed with the history of rock and roll: Past, Present and Future. The unique, original sound of Fornis is infused with an eclectic mixture of old and new from the 50s through the present with band members that are influenced by those eras. In the words of the band members: “If you took the Cars, and hooked them up with Genesis and asked them to jam some oldies, that would be Fornis…on steroids of course. Much bigger and phatter” –KeyDragon, futuristic synth player “We FORNIS-IZE a song! Just look at it!” –Jimmy Mac, bass player and backing vocalist “Ass kicking rock!
