Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
‘Imagine That’, has been together for 4 years, and consists of a
unique combination of two keyboardists (Mike and Pattie Olson), one
guitarist (Randy Jordan), and a saxophone (Mike Olson). Although only a
three person band, the sound is incredibly full with an unusual focus on
vocal harmonies. The band’s music is extremely versatile covering a
wide range of genres from Easy Listening to Country to Classic Rock. The
current focus of the band has been performing live venues, recording
CDs, social marketing, and discovering all of the wonderful venues yet
to be played in Orange County. There are collectively over 70 years of
performing experience between them.
Frizzell and Johnny Paycheck. Mike has performed with Rod Stewart,
Freddy Fender, Molly B, The Pearly Band at Disneyland, and is personally
requested to tune pianos for many stars, including Elton John, Stevie
Nicks, Arturo Sandoval and the Grammy Awards. Pattie toured several
midwestern states performing professionally.
The band member’s early musical influences have helped to shape the
versatility of this band. Randy’s influences were mainly country artists
such as Chet Atkins, while Mike was influenced by Classic Rock and
Dixieland Jazz; and Pattie was influenced by Classic Rock, and Classical
music such as Chopin and Bach.
