J-Fab started writing lyrics at the age of 13. From a small town in North Carolina called Newton Grove, J-Fab used lyrics as a form of self-expression. Going through troubling times in life such as poverty and depression, J-Fab used music to get away from it all. While growing into an adult, the music began to grow as well. Starting with just a computer microphone and the default sound recorder on windows, to now having a well invested home studio. He began making his own beats about 2 years ago and has now successfully released an album for digital distribution on platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, and Tidal. All music, engineering, and writing done by one person.
Influences including major artists like Michael Jackson, Eminem, The Weeknd, Banks, Kanye West, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Outkast, and many more.
