Mark J. is a spoken word poet, worship leader, musician, and anti-porn speaker from Sacramento, CA. He has the unique ability to sing with a soulful vocal style similar to Jonathan McReynolds while infusing a raw style of spoken word poetry that captivates audiences.
He started rapping at age 9, leading worship at age 14, and then spoken word at age 18. He now blends all his gifts into one powerful combo.
Mark J. has partnered alongside ministries like K-LOVE Radio, Air1 Radio, and his home church, Bayside Midtown (Sacramento, CA). His spoken word has impacted thousands of young people across the nation through Air1’s Dare to Dream school assemblies. He was a featured artist at Joshua Fest, one of Northern California’s largest Christian festivals, and performed live on JUCE TV (TBN Network).
As a group leader with XXXChurch.com he openly shares his story of freedom from pornography addiction and has inspired many to live REAL life by learning to walk in freedom.
