MiCKi

MiCKi is a published poet and multi-media artist currently producing a series of musical compositions in a culmination of a life’s work. Her live sound is intriguing as one watches the soulful performance as we dive into a collection of characters and stories. Her first CD, “Try to Relate”, follows a reading tour of her poetry collections, “A New Life to Sing” and “Frenzy to the Finish”. This new sound is a welcome change to the music out there today but interesting enough to keep us occupied with her thought-provoking poetry as lyrics. The latest sophomore set by titled, "Peace and Quiet", has been getting a lot of local buzz, as the back-stories get told at public events. "SoulMate", another fan-favorite, and other song titles incorporate lyrics from her poetry collection, titled "Hysterias and Happiness".
