Midway Park is the one of the oldest (and shortest!) streets in the city; located on the Oak Border, it's a neighborhood of tree-lined streets and stately old homes that's retained a diverse population throughout Chicago's turbulent demographic shifts;

Neighbors Steve Vick & Mitch Anderson started a backyard party back in 2011, which has grown into the de-facto Neighborhood Block Party; every year, 100s of folks stop by"Midway Palooza" to enjoy 2 live bands, DJs spinning between/after sets, and food & refreshments; Previous performers include: Victor Garcia, Maad Soul, James Sanders, Annalee and the Midnight Sons
