Bio
Growing up in the South Bay Area, Mitchell Lujan bounced around many different environments as a kid but a creative mindset always remained consistent. The ever-changing social environment Mitchell grew up with was a massive contributor to his unique and always improving musical style. He makes himself able to capture his sound in every aspect of song writing and production as he is his own drummer, bassist, backup vocalist, keyboardist, and sound engineer in addition to singing lead vocals and playing guitar. In live situations, he groups together a band of other miscellaneous musicians. Mitchell finds himself rooted in soul tunes but later found a love for alternative rock music after picking up the guitar. Altogether, Lujan's sound can be described as soulful, big, yet intimate with similarities to artists like John Legend, Maroon 5, Musiq Soulchild, John Mayer, & Robin Thicke. With big plans for the future, Mitchell Lujan's newest EP is due by the end of 2015.
