"The Mojo Brothers Band serve up a stiff round of 100 proof country-rock with their release of "Women Cars Guns & Guitars.""

Overall Impression: The Mojo Brothers Band serve up a stiff round of 100 proof country-rock with their release of "Women Cars Guns & Guitars." The Grapevine, TX quartet deliver a smoking performance on this bluesy, up-tempo number that features a true outlaw country sound. Cool riffs and hot licks are set to a honky tonk-style Texas boogie, while a gritty, tough-as-nails male vocal pays a whisky soaked tribute to women, cars, guns and guitars. Authentic songwriting meets top shelf musicianship on the Mojo Brothers Band's "Women Cars Guns & Guitars", making it a must listen for any bona fide Texas Country-Rock or Southern Rock fan.

Strongest Point(s): Excellent production, solid mix. Good tonal balance and clarity. Fantastic energy, great Texas boogie shuffle. Not an easy groove to pull off, but this track nails it down. Nice intro that showcases the signature riff, great tone there. Stellar soloing as well. Acoustic rhythm guitar sits well in the mix. Bass and drums are totally locked in. Vocal sounds amazing, tremendous performance and delivery. Lyrics are terrific. Anthemic hook in the chorus, sly metaphors sprinkled throughout the verses. Excellent job of structural framing by using the intro lick as the final tag. Overall, this is a magnificent track and a killer tune that I'm sure is already a crowd pleaser when you play it out. Incredible work by all involved.

Target Audience Appeal: Fans of Texas Country, Red Dirt Country, Outlaw Country, Country-Rock, Rock and Roll, Southern Rock, Honky Tonk

Artist target suggestions: Hank Williams Jr., Steve Earle, Chris Knight, ZZ Top, George Thorogood, CCR, The Georgia Satellites, The Kentucky Headhunters
