WHO WE ARE: Prairie Dogma is a quartet from central Pennsylvania. An amalgam of deep and wide musical influences brought together with wry humor and a rhythmic back-beat.
Michael Lundy is in the second guitar chair as well as 6-string banjo, mandolin, & vocals.
Dave Jackson is the backbone of the group with various percussion and vocal duties.
Bruce Barr handles lead guitar and vocal duties.
John Piccolo provides the bottom line on bass guitar and vocals.
WHAT WE DO: We performs original songs written by the band as well as an eclectic mix of cover tunes by such artists as Wilco, Johnny Cash, The Grateful Dead, Talking Heads, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Michael Nesmith, The Band, and many more.
WHERE WE’VE BEEN: We've been featured at venues in Lewisburg, PA (Fero Winery, Smiling Chameleon, The Lewisburg Hotel, King Street Coffee House), Selinsgrove, (Isle Of Que Brewing Co), Williamsport, PA (The Bullfrog, Barrel 135), Lock Haven, PA (Broken Axe Brew House, Avenue 209 Coffee), and Danville, PA (The Booth Theater, Rock God Brewing Company)
We have also been a featured artist at Liberty Music Fest 2016, WoofRock Festival 2017, The 2018 Central PA Wine Festival, and the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival.
Also, for the past 4 years, we’ve been featured at the Williamsport Summer Concert Series at the Brandon Park Bandshell.
