RIFLMAN BIO
Riflman is a Dallas, TX born artist that burst onto the hip hop scene with his 2002 debut single “Everyday” with then Sony recording artist Lil Flip. Riflman followed his regional radio success with his first full length album High Noon in 2002. The success of that single allowed Riflman to tour with Lil Flip for almost a year touching hip hop fans throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Louisiana. His follow-up single was “Pimps, Playas, & Hustlas” with rap legend Too Short. Riflman’s first album, High Noon, debuted #26 on the independent rap charts. After the sudden death of his long-time friend and Reel II Real Records CEO, Keldrick “24k” Branch, Riflman was left to continue his music career on his own. In 2006 he released Smoke in the City 1, a mixtape hosted for XM Radio and Down Magazine. After working the mixtape circuit, Riflman is back with his first new album of all new material Smoke In The City 2 in 2010. Features on the album include Blofly, Grit Boys, Mr. Marcelo, Smitty, Dem Southern Folkz, and Magnolia Boyz. The album is filled with breakout singles like “Money Good”, “Young, Rich, & Famous”, and the street anthem “From A Worker 2 A Boss”. Smoke In The City is sure to reestablish Riflman with his previous fan base and catapult him to the next hip hop sensation.
He returned in 2021 with new music including the hit single "Get Money Freestyle" featuring Fat B and the acclaimed Smoke in the City 3 mixtape. Riflman is currently doing shows throughout Texas and surrounding as he prepares for the 20th Anniversary of his debut album.
