5 people meshed in a college dorm, Samposium brings an original and lively sound to whoever's within earshot. Their individualism and dynamic energy helps create their diverse mood and sick grooves.
Coming in from Long Island, Japan, San Antonio, Charlotte, and Columbus, Samposium formed in a college dorm in Boston. What started off as friends playing some tunes together has turned into an outlet to create and share sounds with those that love sounds. Their genre is a bowl of rock, indie, pop, and blues, with a dash of funk and soul. Their uniqueness and inclusive songwriting process draws out the best sound from each member of the band.
Samposium has been playing around Boston for over a year now. They’ve played at some notable places such as the Burren and Midway Cafe. Some upcoming shows include a free rooftop show at the Kendall Center, a feature at the Boston Arts Festival, as well as a Long Island tour at the end of the summer.
