Who are The Sisters of the Moon?
Sisters of the Moon is Denver's Ultimate  Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band.   Our setlists include all the time honored classics penned by the Mac's three most prolific songwriters, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie and Lindsey Buckingham, as well as hits from Stevie's solo career, and as far back as Peter Green.

What makes us different that the other Tributes?   Stevie Nicks is a Gemini, and we have not one, but TWO Sisters performing Stevie's songs.   "The Gypsy" and "The Welsh Witch".  Our third Sister, "The Songbird, covers most of the songs written and performed by Christine McVie.   Rounding out our quartet of singers, is our Rhythm Guitar player, our "Brother Moon".

Meet our bandmates, the Hardest working band in Denver.     Our band is made up of an eclectic group of professional musicians, who have been staples in the Denver Music scene for years.   Our Lead Guitarist, Kathleen Haupt, comes to us by way of Journey GIrls.   With her delicate touch, she makes the intricate solos made famous by LIndsey Buckingham look easy.    David Hagans, on Rhythm Guitar and Vocals, complements Kathleens' solos and  easily covers Lindsey's vocals and rounds out our 4 part harmonies, which are our claim to fame..   Dave Thomason formerly played bass with the Kristen Kaye band.  Not only does he play Jon McVie's bass lines with skill and ease, he hosts our rehearsals in his lovely home.   Charlie Cobb easily handles Christine McVie's signature chops, with a sprinkling of beautiful melodies in the interludes  If Mick Fleetwood had been born in Jersey, he would have been a match for our drummer, Frank Diaz, Sayreville's 4th favorite son.   Frank came to us from Shelvis and the Roustabouts, and is still their sub drummer.  He also subs for Bad Colorado and is the new drummer for Twizzted MIzztrezz.  He keeps the beat and makes us laugh with his rimshots at every rehearsal.

Who are the SIsters of the Moon?
Lori "Bella" Clayton, "The Welsh Witch" created the Sisters of the Moon concept after producing 3 Cabaret style Tribute shows for Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret.   These shows were inspired by the Annual Night of 1,000 Stevie's, ("NOTS") held each year in New York City.  "Bella" has made the trip twice and her "Stevie Realness" including replica shawls, top hats and platform boots are a staple of her stage persona.   "Bella" was also an original "Sunspot Baby" in Still the Same, Denver's only Bob Seger Tribute  Band. .

MIchelle Owen-Clemenson, "The Gypsy" is a founding member of the band, as well as The Gypsy Seeds.  MIchelle's voice, so similar in style to Stevie's own, shines on songs like Landslide, Sara and Dreams.   But she can rock out as well, with classics like Talk to Me and Rock and Roll.

Jennifer Spires, "The Songbird" is our newest member, and this is her first band experience.   Her youth and vitality make her shine onstage, and her rousing version of "Oh Well" brings the crowd to their feet and onto the dance floor.

What can you expect from one of our shows?
Our stage shows are truly legendary.  Our costumes, including custom made replica shawls,  platform boots, hand crafted top hats create a truly magical experience for audience.  We encourage audience participation, and nothing thrills us more than to have a dance floor full of Stevie's twirling to the music.   As a vocal band, we work very hard on our harmonies.  Our shows are a joyful celebration of sounds, sights and enchantment.
