"After Reviewing My Music On Myspace"

"Sounds good, overall." - Aaron Marsh (Copeland)

"Uncertainty"

Sometimes, I listen to Ben's music, and I don't actually think that it's his. I hear it and i think 'Did he actually write this?' because it sounds like it was written by a professional. - Brett Moser (a good friend)

"Impressive"

For a solo act, you know how to pull it off. - Artifex Pereo

"Enjoyable"

Man, you have a really nice voice. Normally, we play with a bunch of screamo/metal/hardcore bands. It's nice to hear someone who can actually sing. It's refreshing. - Jordan - Artifex Pereo

""I Am An Avalanche" review"

Could you tell how quiet everyone was through that whole song? That song made me really feel. i was blindsighted. - Rosalina

"2nd Review of "I am an avalanche""

I like the avalanche song. Good idea singing over the sustained bass notes. Great lyrics.

- Aaron Marsh (Copeland)

"A Fan Review"

"heard you tonight at the front porch and instantly fell in love with your voice. it's like manchester orchestra and the decemberists. just perfect." - Kayla - a recent fan

"Sustainable"

Environmentally conscience indie pop. - Town Pump Tavern - Black Mountain, NC

"From A Pulizer Prize Nominee"

You have a distinctive and even captivating voice. - Ronald H. Bayes (Writer-in-Residence at St. Andrews College, in North Carolina)

Bio

I am currently a solo act interested in bringing a strong,
positive message to today's youth (and anyone else who will listen).
That message being that regardless of anything they have been thrown,
who they are, or where they've come from, that they have purpose,
value, and are worth while.

I have entertained audiences of all sorts (from little kids, to
teenagers, to senior
citizens - in bars, churches, coffee shops, and elsewhere). Much to my
surprise, i have been fairly well received by just about every audience
i have performed for - even screamo bands.

While still trying to grow a fanbase and steady following, I am a good
add-on to just about any show (from acoustic-folk to
hardcore), and i am determined to not leave my crowd unsatisfied.
(Whether the crowd is 1 person, or 1000 people.)

I have performed and met many many many great artists in my short time as a performer, and I feel truly blessed for the chance to have met them, and for the chance to get to share what I love with others.
