The Ocean Festival, Inc. is a non-profit organization pending 501(c)(c3) approval from the IRS with the mission of promoting ocean health, protection and recreation to the public. We produce the "Santa Barbara Ocean Festival" in conjunction with World Ocean's Day to deliver the message to the community to protect and enjoy the ocean waters in the Santa Barbara Channel and beyond.
