Honky Tonk is a family-run operation located in the Pilsen neighborhood just a couple miles southwest of the Loop in downtown Chicago.

We serve our meats in the traditional Memphis-styleâ€¦dry rub, roasted with wood and charcoal and the sauce always on the side. Our dry rub is the perfect combination of salty and sweet, pepper and spice. Three house-made sauces are served for your enjoyment: Chicago Sweet, Memphis Tangy, and Carolina Mustard-Butter-Garlic.

Prime Brisket and Premium Pork are roasted for 14 hours over a wood burning fire pit with no natural gas or electric. Slow and low makes for perfect tenderness and a tasty smoky combination. St. Louis Spare Ribs and Baby Back Ribs are likewise slow-smoked for 6 hours until they are just right juicy and tender.
