Our Venues
We book bands for events that we host at Friendly Tap. It's a great venue with two rooms for music (bar and showcase room). Very accommodating and more of an intimate atmosphere due to its size. Great service from the bar, too.
Booking: 12 bands per year
Wire is an awesome venue with great staff, amazing sound system, and capacity for large events. We book events and bands here for some of our showcase series shows that require a bigger stage and booming sound system. Smaller/more intimate events that we sponsor are in the bar area. Truly a professional set up from staff to technical aspects.

Fitzgeralds is a classic venue with a big stage and sound system in the main room. They also have a Sidebar with a banquet room for events. We have booked in both rooms for prior events. Staff is great and atmosphere is conducive to any genre, but mainly blues, jazz, rock, folk, bluegrass acts perform well here. They've been around for over 30yrs and are well known in Chicago and surrounding area.

Veltway Music Collective is a non-profit organization focusing on sponsoring and hosting events to promote local musicians and local music venues while fundraising to provide instruments and lessons to youth that cannot afford the joy of making music. We host monthly events at various venues in the Oak Park and Berwyn, IL areas. Each event will feature 3 bands and bands receive compensation through donations, tips during each set, as well as funds from raffles during the event.
