Bio

Hip Hop group We Stole The Show has been making a name for themselves in the New York music scene and are ready to release their newest work.

The Negro Travelers’ Green Book was a travel guide series published from 1936 to 1964 by Victor H. Green. It was intended to provide African American motorists and tourists with the information necessary to board, dine, and sightsee comfortably and safely during the era of segregation.

With respect to the terrorism that the elders faced and the new threats we face as people of color in this country, We Stole The Show decided to name their new EP The Green Book.

With songs like "I Think I'm Gonna Get Arrested", "Black Man Problems", and "Bulletproof Snapback", the duo is focusing their attention on the everyday realities of people of color in America. While the subject matter has changed, the catchy songs and entertaining performances have not.

They have shared stages all over the United States with Little Brother, Inspectah Deck, Planet Asia, Afu Ra, Jeru The Damaja, DJ Dopey, Snoop Dogg, Elephant Man, Cassidy, Raekwon, Kool G Rap, RA the Ruggedman, DJ Architect, Sean Paul, The Clipse, Kelis, Cam’ron, Ghostface, Isis (Thunderheist), Eternia, Swollen Members, YC The Cynic, Homeboy Sandman, Mugpush, Bayonics and more.
