Bio

Yaielle Golden is a singer, song writer, guitarist, and music producer from Little Rock, Arkansas. Since the age of 11 years old, Yaielle began to write songs. In a short 5 years, Yaielle has written and produced more than 100 songs. Her favorite genre to write is R&B, because of its abilities to be appreciated universally. Yaielle feels anyone can relate to R&B no matter their background. Yaielle hopes to write for major artists, taking every opportunity to expand her writing capabilities.

Yaielle feels her biggest musical accomplishment was the release of her self-produced debut album, ‘Sincerely Yaielle’. What’s significant about ‘Sincerely Yaielle’ is that the entire album was mixed and produced solely on her iPhone. Being 15 at the time and being able to showcase her music to more than just her friends and family was a major milestone.

Two of her most significant inspirations for writing are her personal life experiences and her family, the people who have been more than supportive throughout her music career. In 2016, Yaielle’s mom was found unresponsive and taken to the hospital where it was discovered that she suffered from cardiac arrest and brain damage. Yaielle said “During that time, I was in a very dark place personally and used music as an outlet to express my feelings and mask them at the same time.” Being with her the night before she discovered unresponsive, Yaielle felt an unbearable burden. In May 2018, Yaielle was taken to a mental facility for depression and attempted suicide. The content that Yaielle was filling her songs had turned into a reality. Since then, she’s gotten a lot better and so has her mom. Yaielle’s one wish with music is to heal people suffering with depression and suicide through her music. “I want to let people know they’re not alone and that they can get through it, just like I did.”
