About
On Location: MEMPHIS is a Tennessee nonprofit organization in partnership with Ambassadors of Memphis, Inc. a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. OLM was formed in 1999 as the Memphis Film Forum by Michael C. Harwood. Our Board of Directors includes professionals from a variety of business, media, and creative professions, including active music, film, and video professionals. The Advisory Board is made up of industry professionals in music and film from Memphis and across the United States. Local business, community and public officials also who provide additional expertise in the areas of film & music industry liaison, non-profit operations, fundraising and professional services relevant to our work. Our primary project is the annual International Film & Music Festival. The all-volunteer board of directors also strives to produce other events throughout the year such as the Dinner and a Movie Film Series and the OLM Shorts Fest both at the Hard Rock Café Memphis, and many others.
