Although week-end usually starts on Friday night, you can always break the rule and have fun on Thursday, which is a fish day. To do that, you need to have quite an unusual personality, though. You are always welcome in Fish Fabrique, one of the oldest underground clubs in St. Petersburg. Open since 1994, Fish Fabrique has become a home for alternative and avant-garde music and offered a worthy alternative to traditional discos. Over more than 20 years, the legendary club has changed several locations. Its last home in Ligovsky Prospect is known as Fish Fabrique Nouvelle. Despite a new sign, the club remained loyal to its liberal traditions and continues to entertain its visitors with brand new rock songs.

At Fish Fabrique, you can listen to new music and have a good time. At daytime, the club works as a usual café (the one with an original interior, though) and the menu features a wide assortment of chasers and salads. Still, Fish Fabrique is at its best at night, when its scene is owned by young energetic groups from St. Petersburg.
